DYT and the George Daily Auditorium are continuing their tradition of providing the children and teens of Oskaloosa with quality fine arts programs and opportunities to develop talents, form lasting relationships and build confidence!
Summer theatre camp just wrapped up an incredible season - in just nine weeks we worked with 101 individual children and had a total attendance of 251! We were privileged to work with some incredibly talented children, and we can't thank you enough for your love and support! Be sure to look at the Stage Academy and Act II tabs on this website to see how you can stay involved with Daily Youth Theatre throughout the school year.

At theatre camp students learn about acting, teamwork and creativity. Time spent at camp is made up of fun improvisational activities, acting exercises, entertaining games, technical education and, of course, play rehearsals.
Each camp session culminates in a live stage production put on entirely by the students! Each week shows are selected and scripts are written and tailored to fit the participants' individual strengths and interests.
Theatre camp serves as a wonderful creative outlet for kids of varying ages and experience levels while providing them with hours of fun!
